Stephen Baynard presented a lecture to the claims handlers for North Carolina Farm Bureau in Washington, D.C. in June of 2017. He spoke on evaluating liability claims and bodily injuries in light of Tort Reform and various North Carolina General Statutes impacting the same. Other speakers included U.S. Senator Richard Burr of North Carolina and Larry Wooten President of the NC Farm Bureau.
