Columbus County Trial Court Granted Summary Judgment in Favor of Defendants. Stephen Baynard was successful in obtaining Summary Judgment on behalf of the Defendant in Columbus County in a child darter case. The Plaintiff’s injuries were significant and unfortunate. The Trial Court agreed that the Defendant was faced with a sudden emergency and was thus not negligent in consideration of all of the evidence.
